We are, first and foremost, a 5-hectare agricultural farm fully fenced to ensure the protection of our olive trees, the peace of our guests and pets.

Here we cultivate around 1,000 single-stem olive trees of different cultivars: Moraiolo, Leccino, Pendolino, San Felice, Ascolano, and Frantoio. From these trees we produce a fine D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil with a distinctive taste, “Tredici”, born from a balanced blend of selected cultivars.

We are currently in organic conversion because we firmly believe that the quality of life depends on everyday choices. And since our philosophy is “we are what we eat”, everything you will taste is either produced by us or carefully selected from other outstanding local farms.

In 2025, we completed the restoration of the first part of our farmhouse, dating back to the late 19th century, transforming it into a welcoming and elegant boutique hotel. The renovation respected and enhanced the original identity of the building through the use of noble materials such as wood, glass, and iron, combined with contemporary comfort and technology.

The four rooms, carefully designed in every detail, stand out for their bright and refined atmosphere, featuring designer beds, resin floors, and spacious walk-in showers, all conceived to offer a comfortable and private stay.

The property is Adults Only, ensuring an atmosphere of absolute peace and relaxation, and also includes a room accessible to guests with reduced mobility and pet-friendly.

You will also have access to shared spaces dedicated to well-being and conviviality: a library, a breakfast room with a coffee corner and a dispenser of still and sparkling water, and an outdoor veranda immersed in the tranquillity of the estate.

Our olive grove invites you to experience nature at a slower pace: walks among the trees, moments of relaxation, or picnics in the open air. After a day exploring the surrounding area, it is the perfect place to slow down, between hammocks, a lookout platform, and a glass of Sagrantino.

Here you can let yourself be wrapped in the sounds of the countryside and rediscover the pleasure of outdoor living.

Breakfast is always included and served daily with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We pay special attention to our guests’ dietary preferences and requirements, offering protein-rich breakfast options as well as vegetarian and vegan choices. Upon request, guests can also enjoy an authentic evening culinary experience featuring platters of local specialties, homemade bread, and tastings of our extra virgin olive oil.

 We offer a pet hotel and pet sitting service designed to ensure peace of mind for both you and your dogs and cats.

A dedicated pet sitter will personally take care of them with attention and dedication throughout your stay, providing walks and companionship in a safe, nature-filled environment.
